A ministerial decision published in the Journal de Monaco authorizes, by derogation and under conditions, events up to 5,000 people

Since April 28th, 2020, a ministerial decision prohibits the gathering of more than ten people on public roads and spaces. A new ministerial decision of June 26th, modifying the previous one and establishing exceptional measures within the framework of the gradual resumption of activities with a view to fighting the epidemic of covid 19 indicates “by derogation, events gathering more than ten people and in compliance with a maximum gauge of 5,000 people, may be authorized from time to time within the framework of the organization of an event or a singular event. The corresponding authorization request must be lodged beforehand with the competent services of the Administration, accompanied by a complete file including in particular the protocol of sanitary measures envisaged.”
