At the annual general meeting of the Labour Court, Karim Tabchiche was elected as president and Michel Gramaglia as vice-president of this institution.
Created 72 years ago in the Principality, the Labour Court works to resolve disputes between employers and employees in the private sector. This institution is made up of 24 members representing employers and 24 members representing employees. The President and Vice-President are elected by majority vote for 3 years.
