During the lockdown, Monte-Carlo SBM proposed once a week some ideas to make at home for the time to fly. The group does not stop with this habit even if since last Monday, activities have resumed slowly in the Principality.
After gourmet aperitif recipes by Marcel Ravin and yoga classes by Marina Bordet last week, today, Monte-Carlo SBM is communicating on the new Place du Casino, on which we wrote about a few days ago. The group also looks back at the momentum of solidarity shown towards the CHPG teams, but also for the attention of all those who remained mobilised during the crisis in Monegasque territory.
Not forgetting the traditional recipe
As usual, a recipe is given for everyone’s pleasure. This time it’s Lomo de Res, the spicy beef that is the signature dish of Coya Monte-Carlo. Finally, a souvenir of Monaco page which lists anecdotes concerning objects or moments that helped build its legend.
