Monthly premium for nursing staff?
28 March 2020 - 16h28
In a press release which has just been published, the National Council approves the government's decision to grant an exceptional bonus of 1,000 euros for all civil servants and agents of the State and the Municipality who work at their posts. For the National Councilors, any public staff who is required to break the confinement deserves this bonus, which must obviously be extended to police agents and those of the corps of firefighters. The National Council requests that it also be allocated to the administrative staff of the Principality's health centre (CHPG, IM2S, Centre Cardio-Thoracique, Centre Privé d'Hémodialyse). For the nursing staff, who works at the CHPG at the heart of the fight against COVID-19, the National Council wants to go further and wants this bonus of 1,000 euros to be paid every month, until the end of the crisis. By extension, this premium must be paid to the nursing staff of the three other mobilized establishments. The National Council also asks all the concession companies of public service which are mobilized within the framework of this crisis, to attribute a similar gratuity to the personnel who expose themselves and who also participate actively in maintaining the well-being of the population.
