The Diocese of Monaco is preparing, in collaboration with the Centre Scientifique de Monaco (CSM), a conference on the theme “Real valuesand challenges of Biodiversity” on Wednesday December 18 at 7:30pm at the Agora diocesan house.
This conference is free and open to everyone. It will raise awareness and question the public on environmental issues. Three speakers will take turns speaking on various biodiversity topics. Denis Allemand, scientific director of the CSM will open the ball. He will be followed by Nathalie Hilmi, environmental economist and researcher at the CSM who will discuss the links and interactions between natural and social systems. Finally, Father Philippe Blanc, director of the Institut Supérieur de Théologie de Nice-Sophia Antipolis will close the event with the theme “An ecological conversion at the service of human truth”.
