The eco-friendly procedures of the staff of the establishment continue to be rewarded. This morning, during the “Day of sustainable development” organized by the CHPG, Benoite de Sevelinges, its director, announced the creation of a soft mobility bonus for the agents of the establishment.
As of today, CHPG agents are receiving a new bonus for their use of environmentally friendly vehicles, including bicycles and electric scooters. In addition, new bicycle racks and vests will also be made available to the staff of the establishment. “We want to take care of our teams! In recent years other bonuses were in place but we wanted to go further. Motivating, encouraging and above all ensuring the safety of the agents is essential“, says Benoite de Sevelinges in front of one of the stands of the sustainable village created in front of the hospital hall as part of this day.
A story that lasts
It started in 2015 with the first premium “public transport” on Monaco, “the idea was to replace the parking premium history (reimbursement of part of the subscription agents) by an eco-responsible approach“, says the director of the establishment before continuing: “and finally we realized that with this bonus we encouraged the agents to come by car while this is precisely what we wanted to avoid. ”
The bike, the must-have for agents
21km. This is the distance that separates the Principality of Nice. And yet that does not discourage the CHPG agents, more and more to make this route on a bike. “I was asked a while ago by a nurse, she asked for more bike racks because she came from Nice every day and she needed a safe place to store it. Since we installed these garages, we have seen an increase in the number of people coming by bike“, says Benoite de Sevelinges.
Scooter and electric vehicles also in the spotlight
This bonus does not stop only on bikes, it also fits scooters and electric vehicles. For the director of CHPG: “There is consistency in our actions, through this bonus we invite our agents to have a sustainable approach. We create the opportunity! ”
This day was also an opportunity to present to the patients, passers-by and professionals of the establishment the numerous actions undertaken by the CHPG in terms of sustainable development such as the use of vegetables and local products from organic farming for the creation of meals.
