The Auditorium Rainier III welcomes the 14th rencontre artistiques Monaco-Japaon from today on until Sunday. Monegasque and Japanese artists exhibit about 200 works.
The Principality and the Japan have organised cultural meeting since 1997. On the initiative of the Department of Cultural Affairs but most of all of the joint effort of the artists group Reijinsha and the National Monegasque Committee of the AIAP. The event takes place once again at the Auditorium Rainier III and some 200 works are exhibited. This 14th edition of the rencontre artistique Monaco-Japon starts from today at 2pm – the official opening is scheduled at 6pm – and will end on Sunday. Tea ceremony, bonsaï realisation, kimonos… Several free workshops are organised for the public. Cultural and artistic, this weekend will be modern and traditional at the same time.
