The fifth edition of Goût de France takes place on March 21st. For this occasion, 13 Monegasque establishments will propose their vision of “French dinner” around a theme: La Provence.
Launched in 2015, Goût de France / Good France is an event that celebrates French gastronomy in the world, with more than 5,000 participants on five continents, each person can choose the table of their choice according to its location. “We are fortunate to have La Provence in the spotlight this year, for our local chefs this theme will be particularly inspiring,” says Marine de Carné-Trécesson, ambassador of France in Monaco, before continuing: “This year it is also a menu for the planet […] this edition is in association with No More Plastic, a foundation that fights for the preservation of the planet. ”
In the Principality 13 restaurants lent themselves to the game, offering menus from 45 € and for all tastes, from the gluten-free vegetarian menu to the 100% organic menu.
