They were organized last Sunday with more than 47 million voters in France. In Monaco, 777 people went to the polls to express their choice. With 35% of the votes, the Renaissance list, supported by the La République en marche, the Modem and its partners, came in first.
The French went to vote to elect their representatives in the European Parliament this Sunday. In Monaco, only 777 people went to the polls out of the 4,922 registered, a low participation rate of 15.6%. A total of 760 votes were cast, ten ballots were canceled and seven blank ballots were cast. The Renaissance list obtained 35% of the votes in front of Jordan Bardella’s (Rassemblement National) with 23.29%.
Homogeneous results everywhere in France. The general participation rate of 50.12% is up sharply this year whereas it was 42.43% in 2014. Concerning the PACA region, 376 692 people went to vote with a participation rate of 49.84% .
