The second, programme director at the International College of Philosophy, teacher at the Sciences Po Paris doctoral school, also a founding member of Les Rencontres philosophiques. Joseph Cohen and Raphael Zagury-Orly will speak tomorrow during readings and reflections, on the theme Desires of philosophy, around philosophical texts followed by a dialogue with the public. Taking up Jean-Luc Godard’s questions about art, but transposing them to philosophy, the two specialists will notably question what philosophy wants, what it can do, what it fact. They will engage, with the public, in an open debate on all these questions. The opportunity to take an interest in the very raison d’être of philosophy and its challenges.
