For the second year in succession, the association Les enfants de Frankie and the Principality’s restaurateurs team up all summer to gather money for the benefit of sick, disabled or disenfranchised children.
One euro will be the sum added to ten restaurants’ bills, from tomorrow onwards. This act allows one to embed a gift into a daily act, following the concept of micro-donations. The restaurants and other such institutions taking part in this project will thus stick the Fourchette Solidaire logo on their storefronts. The money collected until August 31st will be entirely redistributed to the association Les enfants de Frankie, which set up this project. Thanks to these donations, it will be able to meet the expectations of specialized education teams, health services, families, orphanages and underprivileged district associations. Development of ludic ideas and activities to improve suffering children’s daily lives in Monaco and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur is the project’s second goal. The association, founded in 1997, defines its mission as organizing workshops, cultural and ludic excursions, sport initiations, holidays and hospital visits to brighten the life of sick, disabled or disenfranchised children.
