4,000 visitors to the « Fête du Musée »

28 April 2019 - 15h55

The first edition of the Oceanographic Museum Fête du Musée was held yesterday and it looked like more than 4,000 visitors. A great success for the establishment especially regarding the official launch of the new space called “the odyssey of sea turtles”.

A new page is turning. The establishment continues its commitment to the oceans and yesterday inaugurated the new area of visit and awareness: the sea turtle odyssey, including housing the Monaco Center for Marine Species Care (CMSEM), a rehabilitation pond and a temporary exhibition in “the whale room”. Young and old alike have been able to see this project for the first time and discover the world of sea turtles through many free activities, including fish feeding, a painting class, film sessions or shows, among others.
